Training and Mentoring

ThruLife deliver training and mentoring services to clients. All training developed is fully supported by a current Training Needs Analysis. Courses can be tailored to client’s specific needs. Thrulife prides itself that its instructors are experts in their fields and remain so through the delivery of consultancy. ThruLife instructors have delivered training to hundreds of delegates from UK MoD, Swedish FMV and Norwegian NoD as well as delegates from commercial companies in UK, Ireland. Turkey, Sweden, USA, Norway and Holland.

Mentoring services include formal training for your staff member alongside a developmental relationship being established between mentor and protégé, such that successful transfer of knowledge, skills and attitudes can occur, enabling your staff member to fully assume their role at the end of the mentorship.
